Eat Seattle’s Coffee Crawl is a chef-led coffee tour of Pike Place Market that starts before the crowds do. Over two hours, you’ll taste your way through five small-batch Seattle roasters and eat a full breakfast in bites, while the Market wakes up around you.

Seattle didn’t become a coffee city by accident, and this is the tour that explains why. Your guide is a working chef, so you’ll taste a variety of local small batch coffee roasters— prepared side by side, with someone who can actually tell you what changes between them and why. Samples run 2–4 ounces so you can try everything without hitting the wall by stop three.

What you’ll eat

Breakfast comes in pieces: a sambusa, a scone, donuts, a waffle bite, and a few things that change with the season. Enough to count as a real meal.
